The Story

The White Note is an audio drama thriller/horror that follows the story of Maggie, aka DJ Blizzy, an aspiring DJ/producer who works as a glorified intern at Brooklyn's hottest night spot, Cooper's. When clubgoers at Cooper's begin dying of drug-related overdoses, it soon becomes clear that something sinister has taken over. As Maggie unwillingly becomes embroiled in the ongoing investigation of the murders, she becomes increasingly convinced that an ancient, evil force has taken over the venue, and is somehow using the hypnotic, addictive club music to warp the minds of the club's nightly revelers. Unfortunately, no one -- not her boss, not the cops, not even her best friends -- believe her. Undeterred and desperate to stop the carnage before the club can host its world-famous "Dance Coast" music festival -- Maggie enlists the help of a skeptical investigative Times reporter named Brody, and with his help, they set out to find the truth before the devil can take his due...
